What is the Deadlock daily challenge?

It is a free daily puzzle built from real match data. In the build challenge you get a hero, the six enemies they face and 18 items; pick the 6 that win the most and you get a score out of 100, with every item's numbers revealed afterwards. In Guess the Hero you read clues — win rate, best lane matchup, most-bought item, role, an ability, the ultimate — and name the hero in 6 tries. FAQ

How is the build challenge scored?＋

Each of the 18 items gets a score in win-rate points: how much more the hero wins when buying it than when buying other items at the same price (last 7 days, all ranks), plus how the item does against each of the six enemies compared with its average (last 30 days). Your six picks are placed between the worst and the best possible six, from 0 to 100.

When does the daily puzzle change?＋

Every day at 00:00 UTC. Everyone gets the same hero, enemy team and item list, so you can compare scores with friends.

How does the streak work?＋

A day counts toward your streak if you score 60 or more in the build challenge or solve the hero guess. Results are saved in this browser only — no account needed.

Can I play more than once?＋

The daily puzzle gives one official result per mode. Practice rounds are unlimited and never touch your streak.
